JD 40 crawler

Post by 830johnny » Sun Apr 02, 2006 10:35 am

I was wondering if someone could help me to find some parts. I am looking for a complete engine kit with sleeves, all bearings, all gaskets, pistons, rings, pins, and retainers, it doesn't need to be stock bore. I also need a complete engine clutch, including clutch, pressure plate, throughout bearing with holder, pilot bearing, and the tube that covers the clutch shaft.

I am also pricing grill screens and a blade for the 40 crawler, it currently has what I think is an aftermarket loader on it. I am pretty sure that it is a 40 crawler but the serial tag is missing. The block has a m64-t on it if anybody knows whether or not that will ID it or not. It is not at my house and I forgot to check the bore size.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated,
Keith L. Eulrich (830johnny)

Do you mean for a 40? 40 has no sleeves, you rebore the block. I have pistons in .045, .090, and .125, beraings to .020 or .030 depending. I have everything in kit form, or individual parts, let me know what you need.
I normally have enigne clutch kits on hand.
Send me an e-mail or give me a call if you need more info.
