Open your square inspection cover under the seat (4 7/16 bolts). Move the handle. Do the innards move with the handle? If no the handle has let go. If yes, uhoh s**ks to be ---. Another possibility is if you recently adjusted the clutch and the bolt came loose. That will also give you little reaction.

Is the brake still attached?
Yes very strange that it would go abruptly on one side.
Do you encounter any resistance when you pull the lever?
You said it hits the fingers. After it presses on the fingers and you pull to the brake application point, did the fingers go in more? Or does it only kiss the throw out bearing?
Did you have power still to the track so you could go straight, just not turn to the right? Or did you lose power as well as steering?

No power to the track at all. Pull back on stick and machine has no go .. Really didnt want to here Lavoys statement "Probably have to pull the final do determine. " I am going with the stripped splines of the clutch discs. Thats what it seemed like to have happened . Into the case we go . Thanks for the suggestions. I will post the findings soon.
Lavoy -made the plate and disc purchase from you in 08 , still under warranty ?I know that answer already. Looking to make another purchase soon . I will keep in touch . Thanks again to all.

Got all apart Sunday , nothing out of ordinary all fibers and steels still strong . Axle splines all in tact . Could the pressure plate be an issue ?All springs seem to be all in place , not broken (I hope) Misplaced the tool I had purchased in the past . Believe me I will find it . When removing track all was tight and turning equal with the left side .. Any suggestions , I thank you in advance ..

Did you check in the middle of the differential Hub where the Internal splines match witch those of the drive shaft? It might be stripped. Mine ended like that. You can shorten the drive shafts to use the healthy splines on the extremities. Good hubs are hard to find, believe me! Mine is stripped in the middle and at extremities. They gave the crawler a second life with that repair but it's not a cat (9 lifes )... I Hope that helps.

AllenS, the trick is when you go to the image. In Firefox you right click on the image with the java menus off by default. You want to view the image and copy the address that is in the title bar. Then its a matter of using the little Img buttons. Click on the Img button, paste the address, then click on the Img button and your done. Also dont let the picture be larger than 800x600. It is kind of rude when a user posts a image that is so huge that runs across the page for a mile.
Fortunately in photobucket, there is a command. Either below the image or after you are viewing the image on the right hand side it will say email on one line, image on second, and something else on the third. Basically you just click on the second and photobucket will put the statement into your buffer so you only need to paste in your message to here.
