49-MC HYD LINE

Post by Dave Auger » Sun Nov 25, 2012 6:56 pm

Hello everyone, hope all of you had a great turkey day,

I found out why the hyd sys is slow, the suction side is resricted, someone used a rubber line off the pump, half kinked and at the tank end the nut is tight but line is'nt, should this be a one piese line?

Should be a one piece steel line. Nut at the tank is not a bid deal, the suction part of the line should be below the oil level.

MC hydraulic suction line

I had same problem, I cut the existing piece of steel and shoved a piece of hydraulic hose over the steel , at the ends and used 2 hose clamps per end, works fine on my MC
