track adjustment
I have over 2 inches of sag on the tracks of my recently acquired 3 roller 40c. I am unable to move the adjusters using a socket, breaker bar and 18" pipe extension. I have not put extreem effort into the lever for frear of damaging something(especially me). Everything does not look particularly rusty. Any ideas on how to free up and adjust? How concerned do I need to be if I use it as is?

They can not be heated from the outside, you will need to split the track and take the adjusting bolts out of the idler brackets to work on them. Not a big deal, just no easy fix.
