Will 1010 all hydraulic blade fit a 2010?

Post by 2010OWNER » Mon Apr 22, 2013 3:23 pm

I found a 1010 6-way all hydraulic blade on Craig's List. The seller thinks it will fit my 2010 with "some" modification. I'd always thought it would be nice to replace my 6-way manual blade with one.

I haven't seen it yet and was wondering if you guys had any comments.

My two questions are:
Would it be engineered heavy enough to withstand the extra horsepower?
Would "some" modification be beyond my limited expertise?
Thanks,
Brian

IT will not fit without significant modification, even then I question that it will fit.

If it's the same one a kid in town built, you drove it from the back seat.

Thanks guys. I'll let it go. It was on the Seattle Craig's list if someone wants it. $1500 OBO.

Craigslist ad address:

http://seattle.craigslist.org/kit/grd/3757977758.html

Phone number:

(360) three zero one 1975

(FYI--I found that spelling out part of the phone number keeps you from getting phone calls from computers trying to sell you services. I found out the hard way when I put my pickup on craigslist.)

Put "Deere" in the search box on craigslist and you'll spend hours and hours in a time well.
