Crappy job to do today. I had to mow 6 hillside lots. It was hot (96) and dry. I took the 420 with a brush hog mower in to town to do the job. I was figuring most of the day.
I was done in 2 1/2 hours. That little crawler is MEAN!!! I took it straight up some steep slopes mowing in 2nd gear. The only time I used 1st was in the first round on the edges to see what I was getting into. The last guy that bladed the lots this left some big dirt/weed humps. When I saw one ahead, I just lowered the blade and flattened them as I mowed.
To say the least, I was impressed with the machine. Those lots are too steep for a wheel tractor to safely be on. I had some reservations about mowing them. No more!!

Look in the thread on Hyd pressure, there's photos. Just posted them. I have one with it on the trailer but not posted. I would have liked some photos while I was mowing but no one around to take them.
