Anyone ever see one of these before?

Hi,

Well, this is a new one for me. I never saw one *that* wide with rails *that* narrow before. What is it for?

Must have been used in some sort of specialty crop. Randy saw a 430 years ago that was way wider than that. It is not a factory deal, but a fairly nice home made job. Only bad part is there is no outboard bearing on the ends of the sprockets.
I got some other pics of it, the pads appear to be part original, part home made.
