Time to get in the woods and drag a few logs out!
Burned a ton of wood in the -10+ weather last week.
Need to stock up.

Yup, I would agree with that. I have pulled my Class 6 grain truck out of a mud bog with my 2010 crawler (approx. 50 HP). The grain truck is 26,000 pounds GVW that weighs around 10,000 pounds empty. I have picked up the ends of 1/2 ton pickups and drug them around with it, no problem.
I have pulled a JD 4440 with duals and lime spreader out of a mud hole with the 420... There was so much mud packed between the wheels of the spreader that they did not turn, just dragged along like a sled.

Haven't hooked anything that big yet!
Pulled the power company meter reader out of the neighbors front yard. Was a 4 door car. Dragged it through the mud and snow easily.
Who knows what may he next.

Darn d Lavoy I didn't have my phone with me to take a pick but I will try to get one They take a 600 Quad track Case tractor around 600 Hp and strap a cummins KT 1150 to the back direct hooked to the blower with a 5 inch shaft Driver said it was 880 Hp motor to the back The driver said 25 gallons an hour on average usage The Two blowers are 12 feet wide and triple auger units they move a bunch of snow fast I was up in the Highway 21 area the day after and we delivered some pickled sand to a contractor on Huron road 12 and coming back to the highway I was trying to inch the nose of my Stirling out into the intersection slowly as a local School bus driver could see the top of my box on the dump truck then my nose I was a bit lower and and couldn't see him till I got my nose stuck out of the bank they haven't cleaned back a taper to see on coming traffic the banks there are so high it is just a deep straight up trench in the snow bank so you enter with caution it will be bad till spring now

Are they front mounting the blower, or carrying them on the 3PT?

Yes front mount blowers so the shaft under the tractor is 5 inch and four CV joints on it for the articulation They said they built four blowers before they got it right The farmer is about twenty miles from me and has a dozen or so large articulating Stigers as well as these two Quad tracks so he has some iron kicking around I think I would forget a field or two if I has 26000 acres to work but this dude dose it .Digitup.

looks like they went back through and took ten feet or so into the ditch .With the Quad Tracks they stayed on top of the snow pack and cut the top stuff at around pavement level just to make for a bigger tunnel they left the road signs even so some one knew what they were doing .I get back out there I will take some picks .they have me heading North rather than West this week to start /.Digitup.

Quit hogging the snow would you?!?!?! 1-2" here and 40 MPH gusts, one little pile in the driveway, rest is in the ditches and the driveway looks like you polished and waxed it.

Hi,

We got 3 inches! Everything is shut down for days now. No snowplows. No snow tires. No chains. No winter driving skills. Nuttin!

I don't think I will need to fire up the dozer. Not even the 5103. I will use the M with back blade. And, not even put the chains on the unloaded tires.

I can get my road plowed easy. But won't be going anywhere as none of the other roads will get plowed. Everyone here waits for it to melt. Ha! :P

-2 here with 20+mph winds!
Snow banks are getting to high to see over!
I switched to the enclosed heated cab construction lift with a loader bucket.
Now the piles can be 36' high!
