1010 dozer adjustment

The arms on my dozer are hitting the side of the track. The whole arm assembly is closer to one side of the track than the other. I'm wondering if this can be adjusted where the bolts are attached to the rails. My manual does not cover this. Looks to me to be the only adjustment, except where the arms are attached to the pins on the frame. These are worn some, too. Thanks Jim
