Ours has a loader but I would imagine the lever is the same for blade or loader.
If that's the case, the other lever on ours is for the ripper on the back.

1010s with just up and down blade option not PAT have a second remote for hydraulics - you can plumb in another hydraulic line set for a ripper if you want.

I mounted a hydraulic cylinder on the blade and used that second control lever to operate tilt on the blade. Works great for cutting log roads or trails on hill sides. gregjo1948

Gregjo, I'm thinking of doing the same on one of my 350's. Sure would like to see a
photo or diagram of how you set up the cylinder and blade for the tilt function.
