Does anyone know of videos of repairs or restoration? Maybe the gurus and Masters of the JD Crawlers could make some if they don't exist??
I have what I think is a 1959 440 IC Gas.
Overall, it is in pretty good shape. Stats and runs great! Steering and brakes are bad and steering on the left side is GONE! I opened up the port holes and then the plates above the steering and I don't know what I am looking at. Was just hoping to see something broken or not attached.
The problem with reading about repairs is that I don't know what each of the parts and assembly things are called. So, a video would be great! I would like to learn and slowly rebuild/restore my crawler!

The other source is on this website- there are a number of restoration threads that are multiple pages with plenty of photos showing disassembly, repair, and assembly. Although they may be for one particular model, many of the older crawlers function similarly.
