where can I get 1 1/2'' plugs for gearmatic wench, on 420c?

they are simply 1.5" NPT bungs :wink: but do seem to be rare.
go to Tri-Sure in Chicago, you need a G2R plug.
or just ask them what plug they sold to gearmatic as they are the OEM and then be sure to post it here.

Look for 55 gallon barrel bungs (1 1/2 " will be the hard part) :D you could also use something like this if your NOT looking for the OEM look http://www.grainger.com/product/4WDN1?g ... 25143047:s

I am using pvc plastic plugs now, but I would like to find 2 in steel, thanks for checking.

Can you use 1.5" threaded pipe and weld on a nut? gregjo1948

saw some nice brass ones as well as anodized alum.if you want to get spendy.

As long as your wench does not object you can usually buy a winch.
