Injector problems and repair I took the hood off the injectors and started the engine and the oil shot into the air about 12 inches. is that a reason that oil is coming out of muffler?

it very well could be,
that stuff coming out of the muffler is called "slobber".
slobber can be caused by several things.
are you sure its oil and not fuel shooting the 12"?
a fuel leak will thin the oil to the point it will slobber out the stack and you will be hurting the wear surfaces.
are you loosing oil or gaining, on the dipstick?
i would suggest a thorough tune-up.
