I don't have the chart, but yes, the year can be determined exactly.

what does the CA and CI prefix mean?

hey , i get to answer my own question, haha
CI means crawler, industrial, CA means crawler, agricultural.
440icd/602,,, 440icd/831/ripper, misc. 440 parts
