Books on crawlers

Post by dirtdevil » Sat Dec 24, 2005 1:04 pm

Does anyone know of any good books on crawlers? The only one that I have seen is the one called Crawlers and Dozers. are there any others out there that may be out of print?

Thanks Dave

Last I checked, the service, parts, and owners manuals for all the old crawlers can be ordered from local ag or industrial JD dealer. Expensive but worth it if you are going to service or repair your crawler.

"Endless Tracks in the Woods", excellent book on crawlers in the logging industry out west. Not much on Deere, but lots of Cats, Monarchs, IH, AC, etc.
