john deere track loosing problem

track problem 450c crawler loader i run the track off the other day, how do you loosen the track, or get that piston to slide into the yoke, i took the bleed screw and grease zerk out and tried to pull it togather with two comealongs and it will not move, what iam i doing wrong, please help THANKS

how rusty is it? it sounds like its froze can you push up against something solid with the loader up .....with a 6 way you can use a block between the blade and the track but you have a loader ......you can use some heat on the tube so it will expand while you are pushing or pulling hope this helps

I had a stuck adjuster and used a tractor to get it broke free. I just popped it a few times with the loader bucket of the tractor.
