Weight of 440 ICD and 831 loader?

Post by Len » Fri Aug 16, 2013 6:44 pm

Does any one know what a 440 ICD with the 831 loader weighs? I can't come up with anything. Manual shows shipping weight of bare crawler as 6300, but there is one heck of a lot more metal with the loader. I have one that also has a winch and a heavy canopy/ROPS and am guessing that it's 9,500 -10,000 lbs. Is that in the ballpark?

Here is a spec sheet for a "831 Crawler-Loader" and it shows 11.5K # with the scarfiers also. HTH

Thanks, that was very helpful. It sounds like mine is probably about 1000lbs. heavier than I thought. I doubt a winch and canopy equal 4 weights plus scarifier.

I like your chose in other tractors but I accumulate old diesels instead of LP.

Loader (with bucket but no weights, no scarifier) = 3048
Loader (with bucket, 4 weights and scarifier) = 4331
Loader (with bucket and 6 weights, no scarifier) = 4339
