450b needs much help

I aquired a JD 450b that was having the engine rebuilt (15 years ago?). The engine was put together except the top of the head and it got wet and damaged 1 sleeve and the tappets. I'm not sure how much water got in the tranny from the cooler lines. I am missing a bunch of parts such as the rocker shaft assembly and cover,push rods, tranny oil cooler filter, engine oil cooler, air cleaner parts, and most likly other small things. Otherwise the machine does not look beat up so I am hoping I can save it.
