Kinda reminds me of the 440ICD that I saw for sale with loader and backhoe that was worn completely out. He only wanted $11,000.

the bugly one in my avatar was 4 grand, with supposedly rebuilt brakes and clutches. Fell for that one hook line and stinker.
Some you can get for around 1000 to 1500 in poor shape, Also depends on the seller.

"Runs great" is like saying "it burns fuel to operate", they have not told you anything.
Most ads that tell you it is a "collector" is someone trying to turn a fast buck on something they know little about. (there are always exceptions)
Crawlers have more wear parts than tractors, so you have to know undercarriages and drivetrains or have someone that does.
I would not try to put a price on it until the seller could actually tell you facts about the crawler.
