58 440 IC Running project or parts machine

My wife and I are getting serious about moving out of state. That means I need to start cleaning out the shop and pole barn.

What I have for sale is a 58 440 IC with a dozer blade. It is in relatively rough shape. However it does run and move under it's own power.
