440ic for sale and a 6 way PAT blade

Hello from western Washington.
I have a mostly complete 440ic, engine is froze, missing radiator and hydraulic tank. One final drive is off, both tracks are off.

There are 2 extra front idlers, 2 extra top rollers, 2 extra final drives, an extra hood, and 5 extra bottom rollers. Probably more parts, I just don’t remember what else I have.

6 way PAT Blade is in average condition, tilt cylinder is disassembled. Includes hydraulic valves/hoses, blade is not on the tractor. One of the supports that mount to the tractor needs repaired. Tractor is below average condition.

Tracks are in Great shape, there is hardly any wear on the pins/bushings, no flat spots, they don’t have a master pin, I believe they are aftermarket, Berco (if I have the name right) possibly. Half of the pads were removed, they are all included.

I’m retiring from many years of these crawlers, time to let everything go to clear up some room.
