2010 engine clutch disc

Post by MADJACK » Wed Apr 06, 2016 1:06 pm

looking for a good source I called my local dealer and they said it's an obsolete part. there was one listed on Yesterday's Tractors but it was for a gas model I have a diesel with an HLR transmission. also what should I expect to pay?the dealer was able to get me an after-market one for it was over $200 I thought that sounded High.

IF Lavoy does not have a source for one theses guys should be able to reline yours http://www.clutchmasters.com/contact-us/ ...What is wrong with yours? with HLR on a 2010 you should never have to replace clutch unless maybe it got oil soaked

Should be readily available rebuit or new. If you know the part number, e-mail it to me and I will check. Can't find my 2010 parts book right now.

it actually doesn't look bad it's not oil soaked or anything, I just figured since I had the engine out it would be good to put a new one In since there's a little wear on it.

thanks for the sources but basically if they don't wear much I'll leave it.

ON a 2010 with HLR the "engine" clutch is ONLY used when starting (hand pull on left floor) The "clutch pedal" DOES NOT operate the "engine" clutch

Ok, thanks for the information I have an operator's manual as well as the service manual I only drove it a little bit before I tore the engine out of it. actually the only thing I did with it was moving A lathe :D

I plan on reading up on it before I start actually using it I'm new to this stuff.

thanks for all the info and replies.
