That is way cool, never seen a 440 before, usually later model.

From the front, that 450 looks like a parking garage for a 420! :P

this 440 would make a good parts machine. the pads look pretty nice. a PTO and a reverser too. one of you guys in the NW better snap this up. :P ,
so what was the purpose with these "treespades"?
well it just sold for 2K and the 450 went for 6k, i think same buyer

parts machine hell..... I would take off all the add-on parts that lift it and set it back on the track frames and shorten the tracks It dont look like there is a lot of use on that machine
2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper

Somebody got a good deal or maybe two.
450 went for $6000 and the 440 went for $2000.
