hello Lavoy, I have a Roosa Master pump DBG VC 429--- 2DH serial 456161 AT 16518T experts here are telling me that the Pellatane ring is clogging up the return line. can i replace just that part? Do you have it ? Thanks Paul 716-870-2603 Cap32763@yahoo.com

I do not, sorry. Plus I think that is a pump tear down if I remember correctly. I personally will not work on an injection pump, too complicated, too much to screw up, too much I don't know, and no test stand.

If I recall the threads correctly, you can buy that part separately from a diesel injection part supplier, However like Lavoy said if the ring disintegrated you would need to clean out all of the debris it caused in the pump and lines. The guy that seemed to know the most about those pumps no longer posts here but his threads still exist (I think). His username is Jdemaris if you want to search using key word "pellathane".
