Special order parts policy

All special order, non stock parts will now need to be paid for in advance. I have had 3 custom made pieces in the last 4 months that people backed out on. I can not return them, no one else will likely need them. From now on they will be pay in advance and non-returnable. I am sorry to have to do this, but I can not just absorb these costs due to someone with cold feet or changed their mind.
