Good morning- Lavoy, if pistons are impossible to come by ( O.Size) what about cyl inserts? Are they available and approx price?

Bore block and install liner, then bore it to std(4.250) then use my old std pistons.
I have got a line on new JD 440 ic pistons, believe .045” over, that’s the good news, bad news is they are $400 ea Canadian ,
Pins, keepers, and rings ($248 per piston) all extra. That is to rich for my blood, but if anyone wants them, I will send info to them.
