Finally after years of $235+ MC ignition switches, new ones are supposedly available for $53. I won't know for sure until next week, but will let you know if it is the correct piece, or the reject out of a 78 Buick that is supposed to fit with MINOR modifications.

Lavoy, any word on the MC replacement ignition switch ??

I have one on hand right now. All of a sudden, another manufacturer showed up with one too, but I am reasonably sure they are actually selling a switch for 40-440, and just saying it will fit the M series.
