JD 420 Carb and Dist Wanted

Hello all, Going to get started on my 420C with Henry loader and Backhoe. I will be writting many many posts I am sure as I hit obsticles. First issue I am looking for a Dist and Carb in used condition, don't mind if they are needing parts. I am a decent mechanic. Forth child on the way so need to keep the budget down if its going to get done. Also curious as I have two JD MT wheeled tractors, are the 4 speed 420 trans and the MT trans the same or very close to it. I have a noisey gear in the MT. Thanks Joe

Just saw this post, sorry.
I have distributors on hand, let me know.
MT and 420 probably will not have any similar parts. MT and MC may have, and I have plenty of MC tranny parts. If you know the gear part number, I can tell you for sure.
