Looking for a MC/420

I would like to find a good MC to use on my farm here in Tn. 420 Ok If it has the smaller blade . Will be my first crawler. Have a M tractor now. Waited too long and missed a few good ones here.

I have a 40 With a 61 blade.Its all there and goes foward/backwards and turns rt and left. (4 Roller) Engine smokes and the blade is rough.
Located in South Georgia.
