lavoy,ed is about 6 hours drive from me I was hoping to find someone closer, not many guys around pressing tracks anymore.
my sprockets are good, rails good, grousers good, just pins and bushings sloppy as heck.
don't want to hammer out my good sprockets with worn pins/bushings.

Any more, to find someone within 6 hours is a gift, not too many guys left with tooling small enough to do these old girls. I have had guys drive 18 hours one way to do pins and bushings because there was no one else closer that could work the old tracks. Don't know of anyone closer, you can try a local Deere dealer, some of them still have their old presses around, and might be able to do it.

1000-1200 lbs depending on link count and pad style.
I think he will have to take one bolt out, he is using interlock tooling, don't think he has the flush type tooling in his big press. He might do it on the little press, then it would not matter at all.
