Wiring harness

Larry,

The wiring harness on these is really not that complicated. If you have a service manual, it basically lays it out.
I know some folks make harnesses for the original crawler, but not sure if they make them for an alternator.
Let us know how it comes out.
1959 JD 440ICD w/64 Power Angle Tilt Blade
1959 JD 440ICD w/63 Manual Angle Blade
1959 JD 440IC w/602 Manual Angle Blade
1959 JD 730D W SE (many options)
1950 JD M S w/M-20 Mower
1952 JD M W
1955 FORD 640 (burns the most fuel)

All the harnesses I know about are made to original spec, I don't know of anyone making a harness that is for an alternator, just not enough market for it. No big deal anyhow, if you are using a one wire alternator, all you need is a single wire from the alternator to the amp gauge, or to the battery if you are not going to use an amp gauge.
