40c looks/works good Syracuse, NY Asking $4,500/best offer

Asking $4,500. A blade is included, but is nearly junk(however it did serve its purpose). I removed it to paint the tractor last year.

It has:
-recent paint (not professional, but looks good from a few steps back)
-brand new seat cushions (the right ones)
-new exhaust manifold (not installed)
-rebuilt 12 volt starter, negative ground
-blade has tilt and down pressure, but no angle
-head gasket replaced when we bought it 5-10 years ago

It needs:
-the part of the distributor under the cap that seals out moisture (probably a $10 part)

It starts, stops, pulls, steers like it should.
Tracks are worn, but not shot. It will run full speed with no worries. Nothing is coming loose underneath. I only ever had one issue where I almost had the left track come off while working on a side hill. I was able to pop it back on by backing up and turning.
Sheet metal is in average condition.
Drips some hyd. oil in places, and possibly transmission oil. Motor oil does not seem to leak.
Good oil pressure.
Idles smooth, sounds very nice. Sometimes I let it run just to hear it.

Other Minor concerns
? The machine will drift very slightly in one direction. I'm not sure how this is possible, because both clutches are strong, the tracks match, etc. You can barely notice it, but it definitely will turn slowly in one direction.
