1010 C .........Stuck track adjuster/s

........A standard hand operated grease gun doesn't budge em ! Any ideas for a simple remedee ? ?

A good lever gun will do 6,000-10,000 PSI, not sure what else you could try. Only thing comes to mind is a power pack off of a porta-power, but they are 10,000 PSI give or take too.

I'm not sure where your adjusters are stuck in relation to the travel on the trackframe, but if not fully retracted you may be able to push on the front idler with another piece of equipment to get them to budge first and then see if grease gun will work. You need to be sure that the plug is removed to allow grease to escape and be very careful pushing on the idler so you don't damage something. I got one of my adjusters on my 2010 to unfreeze by doing this.
(1) JD Straight 450 crawler dozer with manual outside blade; (2) JD 2010 diesel crawler loaders; (1) JD 2010 diesel dozer with hydraulic 6-way blade; (2) Model 50 backhoe attachments, misc. other construction equipment

Have you swapped out the grease fitting? Sometimes the problem is there. Paul

I'm going to try all of your suggestions, , , ,I'll let you guys know witch one does the trick !
