Wanted. Winch controller. 440 Crawler (gas)

Does anyone have one that could be reconditioned? I can get the cam locally here in Quesnel, BC. Canada from Cariboo Tractor if I have to replace it. (They sell a reconditioned unit for $675 but that seems to high to me.)

If you are not concerned about having a factory control (cast iron), gearmatic used an aluminum bodied one on many log skidders. We usually get $3-400 for them. I would try pat at Tracksall http://www.tracksallindustries.com/. He will have complete units and rebuild kits in stock. My dealt with pat for years and was always treated fairly.

Thanks for the heads up. The winch is my winter project. I hope the guts are good. It's nice to see spare parts still out there. Some people have said they were getting scarce.
