What's a far price for a series 10 winch and controller, complete but in unknown condition?

Are parts and rebuild kits available for these winches?

Very few parts available from Deere, I might be able to figure out something on some of them. In unknown condition, assume the worst and buy it for parts price. IF turns out to be junk, you are not out anything.
