JD 350 inner sprocket sheild broke!

I have a John Deere 350 crawler and the left inner sprocket shield broke through the center of the top bolt hole. I suppose the front bolt fell out.

Can this be repaired? Maybe drilled and threaded with a screw from the top, or welded? Or should I try to find a replacement?

Is it held on with only two bolts or should there be three?
