JD440 transmission wanted

Bought a JD440C in pieces, started on the transmission, but on close inspection, the gears have worn through the hard surface, so looking for a complete unit, would like a 5 speed, but 4 speed is fine, thanks for any leads.

i'm not sure, is this a measurement of the outside diameter of the gear?

There is only one ring gear if it has the GM 2-53 engine. (440ICD) You need the larger tranny.
