I can't wait to see what this one tops out at $####,
Maybe we could start a poll and see who can guess closest the final price? and the winner hosts the integral Crawler Days event that we could come up
Lavoy,
you ever thought of making a reproduction? It has crossed my mind a couple of times when I see these go for more that an parts crawler. But the NRE would be way out there and then the number of units to make that up that cost might never be realized.

Casting and pattern costs are so high that it would be almost impossible to ever recoup any of the upfront costs. If you could go overseas with it, then it might be doable, but the quantities necessary would probably be several times the demand.
There are several small cast parts that I would like to make, but the prevailing wisdom I get from everybody I check with is if it fits in your hand, it starts at $100 and goes up from there not including pattern costs.
