I need a set of wedges that lock the angle adjustment in for a #62 blade on a 420C. Does any one know where or have any. The ends of mine are broke off and when I knock them out in soft ground they disappear.

Unfortunately they are now obsolete. I may see if I can get some flame cut, but no lasers nearby that can do that thick, only plasma cutters and they lack the definition sometimes that I would like to have. I suppose if I could get the basic shape cut, I can mill the two critical faces flat.

I can mill my own out, I have some SAE 4140 that I can machine and heat treat and make it harder than chinease arithmatic and tougher than a microwaved roast. I thought someone may have salvaged an old dozer and saved some peices and wanted to sell them. The trouble with your own machine shop is that You never have time to do anything for yourself.

Don't harden them, you want them soft enough to have some "bite" when tight.
