have (2) gearmatic 8a winchs, and (1) JD winch control. which is apart it's going to need rebuild kits on both clutch and brake cylinders.have mouting brackets for 440.need to take (2) winchs and make one, will need complete overhaul on band side. (clutch/brake)will sell for $850,
