2010 on Craigslist for sale in WA state

Hello everyone. New to the forum and looking for a dozer to buy. Must be JD ...of course! I found this one on craigslist:

Its in Sedro Wooley, WA state. I went and checked it out yesterday and here is what I found: 4cyl. diesel, 6 way blade, 12volt starting system with positive ground. Has a drawbar and PTO on the back and is plumbed for additional hydraulics behind the blade control. BIG deal killer for me was oil in the radiator...ALOT of oil...It took 20 min to get it started and another 20 min for the black smoke to subside. HLR worked fine. Left steering clutch good, right steering took two big pulls and even then it would not lock. Engine really covered in oil. Hydraulics worked great. Straight pipe with NO muffler. Best thing was the undercarriage. It 70%..Minimum!!! maybe 80%! Great project for someone or use for undercarriage. The current owner has had it for 7 years but used very little so he said he's done no maintenance on it. Kinda sad.

Track adjustment looks a bit far out for a 70% undercarriage. Just a little to far from me. Wrong side of the state.
