I need a (Right) Front IdlerAT31141 or T32062 and I also need a AT32045, Left Inner Boom Lever Arm. My lever arm has a broken pin on the center pin. Does anyone have any experience repairing one of these broken Pins?
I would also take any suggestions on welding/repairing damaged front idler as noted above. Mine has some chunks out of the idler. The current plan is to weld it using 7018 rod with AC stick welder and putting some steel in behind the broken section. Beat - Weld and Grind to fit...
Thanks

Re: 350B Parts needed
Realize that the undercarriage components are hardened to particular Rockwell hardness standards when manufactured to resist wear when the components rub against each other. If you search the forums for "work hardening" you will find some good discussion on how to build up rollers using work hardening product. That concept would also apply to front idlers.D.Light wrote: I would also take any suggestions on welding/repairing damaged front idler as noted above. Mine has some chunks out of the idler. I Still need a 350B (Right) Front IdlerAT31141 or T32062. I have fixed the boom arm. It was not too bad, just cleaned it up a bit and welded it back. The weld had broken on the pin.
