350b crawler hi-lift final drive oil check plug

the machine has both a rear winch plus the large rear counter balance weight underneath. I can access the drain plugs,BUT with the extra JD rear weight
it is not possible to ck.fluid upper plug,much less add any fluid with the
weight there.Is there any other access??? OR remindies
