Wanted: Rippers and Winch for 450C

Just bought the 450C, it came with a backhoe, but no rippers or winch. Have some compacted dirt to break up and want to do some logging on the property, so could use both of these things - anybody in NorCal have some wasting away in their fields?

Winch is not quick tach, once it is installed, you no longer have the ability to use a hoe.
