Nothing has changed for quite a while. You must have been getting in through an archived page or something.

Hi,

Earlier this morning I was informed the the Host Name Did Not Resolve, and did I want to load from an archive. So, the DNS must have been in the middle of refreshing at that moment. Now, how long it might have been like that, I don't know.

My browser asks in those situations. Others just go ahead and load what they can find.

One thing about the internet: everything ever out there is always out there. Forever. There are sites which go out and grab snapshots of sites on a daily basis and stuff them away. I bet I can go out and find all those deleted posts on this board. Not that I want to spend my time doing that. ;)

It's odd that you would be served such an old page. You do have to dig a bit online to get those older archived versions.

Perhaps your browser jumping in its own way-back machine. You did say you recognized the page served.
