Glad you're doing well. How's that shop restoration project coming, you get it all done or will it ever be done?

The shop project is an ongoing operation. The south side of the roof is about 60% done. I demo most all the original roof framing on that side and have rebuilt it. Just waiting for a couple good weather days to finish the framing. Then install the steel roofing panels.
Then I can get the inside gutted and remodeled. The section of the shop under this roof is 12' × 20' with a 4' addition on the end. This area of the shop will become the machine area. Will move all my machine tools into it once the remodel is done.
