I was talking to a friend who sells equiptment and he told me a story about a guy who wanted a new tractor but knew his wife would not allow it. He bought one anyway but told his wife his was in the shop for a new hood so he could see better to work. They delivered it the next day and she said yes I see how much better it looks with new hood? Who's going to try this next?

I never once had to lie about wanting a new toy so I don't understand the predicament. I once got a new lawn tractor and the wife got a new sewing room. I once got a new motorcycle and the wife got a new car. I once got a new car and the wife got a new motor home. If there's a fair trade, I don't see how she can resist.
