Anyone have any dealings with Uncle Howards Barns?

Has anyone heard of Uncle Howards Barns or Pennypincher barns? He advertises engineered kits delivered for $11 sq. foot. He is based out of Washington State. I liked the idea of the "Sweethome" RV garage. Stick built post and beam on a monolithic slab w/radiant heat. 44x26 shop and use the 36x36 for living space.

I would love to see and or hear of your shops serving double duty with living spaces. Looking for something not too industrial looking, and cant afford to build a shop and home seperate.
