I'm assuming that you have a Model 50 backhoe attachment, as that was the model that was originally specified for the 440ICD. It is a center of tractor model with a rotary swing cylinder (the "doughnut" cylinder).

Worth depends on condition, location, and market conditions. The condition of the rotary swing cylinder is important because some parts are no longer available. Welds on the boom also impact value. A typical range of prices I have seen on sales and auctions sites is anywhere from $500 to $2000. If you have the Model 51, which is similar to the Model 50 but has a plate that allows the backhoe to be used off-center (a "slider" model), it is probably worth a little more.

A picture would help identify it if you are unsure of the model.
