the pink model was made with higbn density foam cutted with a heated wire ?

very good work you did there !! I'm impressed.

yes this is aluminum.....hotwire is the way to do this....nichrome wire then i just hook my welder to it and turn the amperage way down so it 's just glowing..........works great.............can also use brass bronze or copper this way..........thanks for looking......JUKE

sprue cut off ...fitted .....welded......ground,balanced and as you can see in the next picture..........like new again!

I've been working metal and doing shirtsleeve repairs for 30 years but anything I've done, or built, pales in comparision to what you've shown here. I must say I proudly tip my hat to the master.
